Refund terms

How cancellations and refunds work for events and plans on talkto.one.
1. Cancel a reservation
You can cancel from the event page or Reservations, unless the event is already live.
Canceling frees your seat. It does not automatically refund what you paid.
2. Free plan
On Free you pay for each event. If you cancel, the payment is not refunded.
Only the Talkto team can refund, case by case, if you write to us and we review the issue.
3. Paid plans
Standard and Unlimited can cancel reservations. Any event charge is not refunded on cancel.
Subscriptions are managed from Plan. Canceling the plan does not refund the current period.
4. Ask for a review
If there was a technical error or the event did not happen, write to contacto@talkto.one. Admin decides if there is a refund.
