1. What Talkto is

Talkto lets you find events, reserve a seat and join group or one-to-one rooms. The service is intended for people aged 16 or over.

By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Account and profile

Access is with a code sent to your email or with Google. You must complete a profile with a unique username, name, date of birth, sex and country.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your details up to date. You can delete your account from your space.

3. Plans, bookings and payments

There is a free plan for sponsored events, pay-per-event and monthly subscriptions. Prices are shown before you confirm.

Bookings and charges follow the plan you have. Refunds, when they apply, are stated on the event page.

4. Rooms and conduct

When you enter a room you accept the host’s rules and Talkto’s. Harassment, spam, unauthorised recording and illegal use are not allowed.

We may suspend access if these rules are broken or other people are put at risk.

5. Content

Content you publish (profile, messages, participation) remains yours. You give us permission to show it inside the service.

Events, copy and materials from Talkto or hosts may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee there will be no outages, schedule changes or cancelled events.

Talkto is not liable for indirect damage from using rooms or from relationships between participants.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notice it in the product or by email. Continued use of Talkto means you accept the current version.
